All bookings made via our website are subject to these Terms & Conditions and our Player Code of Conduct.
Contract
A contract is formed when your payment is processed and accepted.
If you’re ever unsure whether your transaction was successful, please contact the venue directly to confirm and obtain your pitchbooking.com booking reference number.
Price
The price quoted at the time of booking is final. We are not responsible for technical errors that result in the display of incorrect prices.
Payment
All payments are processed securely via PitchBooking.com using Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider.
- Football Factory does not store card details unless expressly permitted.
- Some card details may be stored securely for convenience, but are not accessible by Football Factory and will still require security verification when reused.
Prepaid Bookings
Full payment is required at the time of booking via debit/credit card.
Cancellations
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking and any future bookings if payment authorization is refused.
- If we cancel or amend your booking, your payment will be refunded. However, we are not liable for any additional costs or losses resulting from the cancellation.
- Customers may cancel a pitch booking up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking will not be refunded.

2. Children’s Party Terms & Conditions
Arrival & Party Obligations
The Party Booker and guests must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. This ensures time for registration and coach briefings.
Party Packages
We offer two exciting party packages to suit your celebration style:
🎉 Premier League Party
- 1 hour of footballon the pitch
- 30 minutes in the party roomfor food and celebration
- Total duration: 1.5 hours
🏆 Champions League Party
- 1 hour of footballon the pitch
- 45 minutes in the party roomfor food and celebration
- Total duration: 1 hour 45 minutes
Party rooms will be reserved based on the selected package. Please ensure guests vacate the party area promptly at the end of the allocated time. Guests are welcome to remain within the facility after their booking.
Party Numbers and Additional Guests
Exact party numbers can be confirmed with the venue prior to the party date. Please note that some venues have maximum guest limits, so be sure to check directly with them.
For parties with over 15 guests, an additional party host must be added to the package at a cost of £30, payable on arrival on the day of the party.
Any siblings attending who are not participating on the pitch but would like to share some of the party food can also be added at a cost of £6 per sibling.
Food & Dietary Requirements
- Food options are selected at the time of booking.
- Notify us in advance ofany dietary needs or allergies.
- Extra food must be ordered at the time of booking. Late additions will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.
Decorations
- You may bring your own decorations, but they must be approved by Party Host on Arrival.
- Onlyadhesive putty (e.g Blu-Tack) may be used, no tape, pins, glue, or hanging hooks are permitted.
Party Cancellation Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking viacom.
- Cancellations made at least 14 days in advanceare eligible for a refund minus a £20 administration fee.
Cancellations within 14 days of the party date are non-refundable.
Health and Safety
Health & Safety Guidelines
- 🚪 Emergency exits are located in each corner of the facility. In case of emergency, evacuate via the nearest exit and gather in the rear car park.
- 🚭 The Football Factory is a strictly no smoking venue.
- ⚽ Football is only allowed on the artificial turf surfaces.
- 🗑️ Please use bins provided for all rubbish.
- 👶 Children must be supervised at all times.
- ⚠️ Do not tamper with equipment around the Arena.
- 🚫 Enter the pitch only through designated gates.
- 🔒 Close pitch doors during play.
- 🚫 No food or drink is allowed on the pitches.
- 👟 No metal boots permitted. Rubber or plastic moulded studs are recommended. When in doubt, use trainers.
- 🧼 All footwear must be clean before entering the pitch.
🚫 Do not swing on the goals or climb on netting.

At The Football Factory, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all players, spectators, and guests. Whether you’re here for a casual kickabout, a children’s party, or a competitive match, respect and sportsmanship are central to everything we do.

Our Expectations
We expect everyone attending The Football Factory to:
- Treat others with equality, fairness, and kindness
- Foster a fun, positive, and inclusive atmosphere
- Always put integrity and enjoyment of the game ahead of the result
Creating the right environment ensures that players of all ages and abilities enjoy a great football experience, every time.
For All Customers and Visitors
- Respect all Football Factory staff, players, other customers, and visitors.
- Follow all facility rules and instructions given by staff.
- Keep noise at a reasonable level and respect others’ enjoyment.
- Use the facility and equipment responsibly and safely.
- Treat the premises with care—dispose of rubbish properly and report any damage.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited on site.
- No aggressive or abusive behaviour, including foul language or harassment.
- Respect the designated areas (pitches, party rooms, cafe, spectator zones).
- Follow COVID-19 or other health and safety protocols as required.
For Players
- Arrive on time and ready to play, with appropriate footwear and equipment.
- Play fairly and within the rules of the game.
- Respect referees, coaches, teammates, and opponents.
- Avoid any form of cheating, diving, or time-wasting.
- Accept decisions by referees and staff with good sportsmanship.
- No physical or verbal abuse; promote a positive attitude on and off the pitch.
- Always close gates when entering or leaving the pitch.
- Keep the pitch clean: no food or drink on the playing surface.
For Staff and Coaches
- Lead by example in behaviour, fairness, and respect.
- Ensure a safe environment and intervene in inappropriate behaviour.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Follow safeguarding policies and report concerns immediately.
- Support positive communication between all facility users.
- Ensure that coaching sessions are inclusive, encouraging, and safe.
- Keep facilities clean and equipment well maintained.
For the General Public and Spectators
- Remain in designated spectator areas and do not enter playing areas.
- Encourage and support players positively.
- Respect the decisions of referees, coaches, and staff.
- Avoid disruptive or aggressive behaviour.
- Follow all safety instructions and respect emergency procedures.
Consequences of Breach
Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in:
- Verbal warnings
- Temporary suspension from using Football Factory facilities
- Permanent ban from the premises
- Reporting to authorities where appropriate

Football Factory Safeguarding Policuy
Our Commitment
Football Factory is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, young people and vulnerable adults who attend our facilities. We strive to create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where all participants can enjoy football free from harm, discrimination, or abuse.
Scope
This policy applies to:
- All staff and volunteers
- Coaches, assistants, referees
- Parents, guardians, and spectators
- All children and vulnerable adults participating in activities
Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Our appointed Safeguarding Lead is responsible for ensuring this policy is implemented and reviewed.

Key Principles
We follow the safeguarding guidance set out by the FA, NSPCC, and Working Together to Safeguard Children (2018).
- Welfare of the child is paramount
- All children have the right to protection from abuse, neglect, or exploitation
- All allegations or suspicions of abuse will be taken seriously and acted upon promptly
- All staff working with children must hold an enhanced DBS check
Staff and Volunteer Requirements
All Football Factory coaches and team members must:
- Complete enhanced DBS checks prior to working with children
- Receive safeguarding training and follow the Code of Conduct
- Never be left alone with a child (always work in open view or with a second adult present)
- Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
Parents/Carers Expectations
Parents and carers are expected to:
- Inform staff of any medical or behavioural conditions
- Support a positive environment, refraining from abusive or inappropriate language
- Supervise children under 8 unless otherwise agreed
Child-to-Child Interaction
We promote a respectful atmosphere. Bullying, harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
Photography and Social Media
- No photography is permitted without written parental consent
- Any images used by Football Factory for promotion will be subject to consent and data protection rules
Reporting a Concern
If a child discloses an issue or if you suspect abuse, you must:
- Stay calm and listen
- Do not promise confidentiality – inform them you must pass it on
- Report to the Safeguarding Lead immediately
In an emergency or if a child is at immediate risk, call 999.
Types of Abuse
All staff should be aware of the following:
- Physical abuse
- Emotional abuse
- Sexual abuse
- Neglect
- Bullying (including cyberbullying)

- Ensure gates are closed while playing.
- Do not swing on the goals.
- Do not climb the netting or steel framework surrounding the pitches.
Footwear & Playing Surface
- Food and drink are not permitted on the pitches.
- No metal studs or blades are allowed.
- Moulded rubber or plastic studs are recommended. If unsure, trainers are acceptable.
- All footwear must be clean before entering the pitch.
