Football Factory Terms & Conditions

1. Online Bookings (Pitch Hire)

Applicability

All bookings made via PitchBooking.com or through our website are subject to these Terms & Conditions and our Player Code of Conduct.

Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed once payment has been successfully processed and accepted. If you are unsure whether a transaction has been completed, please contact the venue directly to confirm and obtain your PitchBooking.com booking reference number.

Pricing

All prices quoted at the time of booking are final. The Football Factory is not responsible for technical or system errors that result in the display of incorrect prices.

Payment

All payments are processed securely via PitchBooking.com using Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment provider.

  • The Football Factory does not store card details unless explicitly authorised.
  • Any stored payment details remain encrypted and inaccessible to The Football Factory and will still require security verification upon reuse.

Prepaid Bookings

All pitch hire bookings, including one-off bookings, block bookings, and subscription-based bookings, must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Pitch Hire Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are non-refundable, including:
    • One-off pitch bookings
    • Block bookings
    • Subscription or recurring bookings made via PitchBooking.com

No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attendance or partial use of the booking.

Payment Failure

We reserve the right to cancel any booking or future bookings if payment authorisation is refused or reversed.

Venue Cancellations

If The Football Factory cancels or materially amends your booking, a full refund will be issued. We are not liable for any additional costs, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of such cancellation.

3. Force Majeure & Weather-Related Cancellations

The Football Factory shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance of bookings due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, flooding, damage to facilities, power failure, fire, acts of government, industrial action, or public health emergencies.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • Pitches are designed for all-weather use, and bookings will proceed in most conditions.
  • Where conditions are deemed unsafe by management, bookings may be cancelled by The Football Factory.
  • In such cases, customers will be offered either a refund or a credit at the venue’s discretion.
  • No refunds will be provided where customers choose not to attend due to weather conditions unless the venue has officially closed the pitches.

4. Children’s Party Terms & Conditions

Arrival & Party Obligations

The Party Booker and all guests must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for registration and safety briefings.

Party Packages

Premier League Party

  • 1 hour pitch time
  • 30 minutes party room
  • Total duration: 1.5 hours

Champions League Party

  • 1 hour pitch time
  • 45 minutes party room
  • Total duration: 1 hour 45 minutes

Party rooms are reserved strictly according to the selected package. Guests must vacate the party area promptly at the end of the allocated time. Guests may remain within communal areas of the facility after their booking.

Party Numbers & Additional Guests

  • Final party numbers must be confirmed with the venue in advance.
  • Venue-specific maximum capacities apply.
  • Parties of more than 15 children require an additional party host at a cost of £30, payable on arrival.
  • Non-participating siblings wishing to share party food may be added at a cost of £6 per child.

Food & Dietary Requirements

  • Food selections must be made at the time of booking.
  • Dietary requirements and allergies must be communicated in advance.
  • Additional food must be ordered at booking; late requests cannot be guaranteed.

Decorations

  • Decorations are permitted subject to approval by the Party Host upon arrival.
  • Only reusable adhesive putty may be used.
  • Tape, pins, glue, hooks, or fixtures are not permitted.

Party Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking via PitchBooking.com.
  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the party date will receive a refund minus a £20 administration fee.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the party date are non-refundable.

5. Health & Safety Guidelines

  • Emergency exits are located at each corner of the facility. In an emergency, evacuate via the nearest exit and assemble in the rear car park.
  • The Football Factory is a strictly no-smoking venue.
  • Football is permitted only on artificial turf areas.
  • Please dispose of all rubbish in the bins provided.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Do not tamper with equipment or fixtures.
  • Access pitches only through designated gates.
  • Pitch doors must remain closed during play.
  • No food or drink is permitted on the pitches.
  • Metal studs are not permitted. Rubber or plastic moulded studs are recommended; trainers may be worn.
  • All footwear must be clean before entering the pitch.
  • Do not climb on goals or netting.
